Returns / Refunds Policy

All items ordered can be returned within 7 days of purchase subject to a 10% restocking charge as long as the product is not opened. A 20% charge will be applied if the product has already been opened.
Any items ordered exceeding 7 days that need to be returned will need to be discussed with Fire Suppression Limited beforehand.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Any damaged or missing items need to be reported to Fire Suppression Limited within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Appropriate action will then be taken.

If any Vesda panel develops a fault within it's warranty period then Fire Suppression Limited will need to be immediately contacted to help resolve the problem.
Replacement Vesda equipment will be dispatched once the fault has been confirmed and Fire Suppression Limited have received the purchase order number to cover the replacement part. Once the faulty item has been returned to FSL and the fault confirmed no further action is required and the purchase order is not used. If however the fault has been confirmed being caused by installation or malicious action then the replacement purchase order number will be used for any charges incurred.

All Vesda Detectors come with a 2 year warranty.
All Vesda power supplies come with a 1 year warranty.
All other Electrical items come with a 1 year warranty.
